UTSA's Institute of Texan Cultures is located in downtown San Antonio, a short distance from the Alamo and the Riverwalk, in HemisFair Park beneath the Tower of the Americas and adjacent to the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Exhibit Floor (click on space to view space preview)
The 50,000-square-foot Exhibit Floor is a unique setting for your next event-formal or casual or anywhere in between. It offers an intriguing ambience with unusual exhibits of more than 20 Texas ethnic groups and usually one or more temporary exhibits on a wide variety of subjects which can't be seen anywhere else. Capacity: 1,000 standing, 450 seated.

Additional features include the Dome Theater. In the center of the Exhibit Floor, the dome has multiple screens that can be used for video, slide, or PowerPoint projection.

Back 40 (click on space to view space preview)
ITC's Back 40 is a one-of-a-kind site! This one-acre area is ideal for your next fiesta, Texas hoe-down, or company picnic. It showcases a log house, adobe house, barn, fort headquarters, one-room schoolhouse, windmill, and grape arbor stage–a Texas country setting right downtown.

Outdoor Verandas and Patios (click on space to view space preview)
The perfect outdoor space for groups larger than 1,000, the verandas and patios offer a superb setting for either a casual barbeque or an elegant seated dinner.

Connally Conference Center (click on space to view space preview)
Equipped for audiovisual presentations, the center can be set up theater-style or with tables. This well-appointed room is just right for meetings, retreats, and luncheons. Capacity: 110.

Auditorium (click on space to view space preview)
Equipped for audiovisual presentations, the auditorium permits a variety of setups. Capacity: 140.

Classrooms (click on space to view space preview)
Rooms are available for seminars, testing, or mini courses. Capacity: 25-50.
